Amazon and Dollar Tree Christmas Decor Haul 2024
Introduction
Hey there, fellow decor enthusiasts! The holiday season is just around the corner, and I couldn't be more excited to share my latest Christmas decoration finds with you. I recently went on a shopping spree at Amazon and Dollar Tree, discovering some absolute gems that won't break the bank. Today's post is packed with both new treasures and some tried-and-true favorites from previous years that are still available.
Amazon Christmas Decor Haul Announcement
Before diving into the specifics, I want to mention that I'll be sharing a mix of new purchases and some beloved pieces from previous years that have stood the test of time. What's great is that these items are still available on Amazon, so you can grab them too if something catches your eye!
Amazon Items
Pillow Showcase
Let's start with one of my favorite pieces - the Pipers classic embroidered pillow. This beauty features a natural tan background that works perfectly with any decor style. What makes it special is the gorgeous Christmas-themed embroidery and those adorable red and white stripes on the back. The playful pom-poms along the edges add such a fun touch!
24-Pack Flickering Tea Lights
One of my smartest purchases has to be this set of flickering tea lights. They're incredibly versatile - I use them for fall decor, Christmas arrangements, and pretty much year-round! While they're priced similarly to Dollar Tree options, these have a more realistic flicker effect that truly elevates any display.
Ribbon Sets
I picked up two types of ribbon that I'm absolutely in love with. The first is a thin, dark brown velvet ribbon that has this luxurious, classic feel to it. The second is a thicker dark green ribbon that's perfect for various Christmas projects. I plan to use these for hanging ornaments, creating wreaths, and making beautiful bows for my Christmas tree.
Gold Bells Set
These vintage-style gold bells are simply stunning! They add such a classic, timeless touch to any Christmas display, and the sound they make is just magical. They're perfect for creating that traditional holiday atmosphere we all love.
Classic Candlestick Holders
The simplicity of these candlestick holders is what makes them so versatile. They work beautifully in any tablescape and can be styled in countless ways throughout the season.
Ceramic Speckled Tree
One of my newest additions is this gorgeous ceramic tree from Creative Co-op. As someone who adores pottery, this piece immediately caught my eye. The speckled finish gives it such character, and while I usually prefer supporting local potters, this piece was too perfect to pass up.
Twinkle Lights with Slow Flicker
These lights were a bit of a splurge, but totally worth it! Unlike cheaper options with their rapid flashing, these provide a gentle, slow twinkle that creates such a peaceful ambiance. While they're pricier than regular lights, their effect is absolutely magical.
Giant Red Deco 79 Bells
Here's a money-saving tip: I found these beautiful Deco 79 bells in red for just $16, compared to the gold version that costs $60! I might transform them with some gold spray paint or rub-n-buff later, but they're lovely as is.
Creative Co-op Candlestick Holder
This piece has been with me for a while, and I still adore its handmade appearance. It's another Creative Co-op find that adds such character to my holiday displays.
Tapered Candle Christmas Trees
These adorable tapered candles from Creative Co-op are shaped like Christmas trees! They're perfect for my candlestick holders and add such a whimsical touch to any display.
Mercury Glass Christmas Tree Garland
This Creative Co-op mercury glass garland is absolutely stunning! While I'll need to keep it away from little hands since it's real glass, it's perfect for my coffee bar area where I plan to create a magical hot chocolate station.
Tiered Tray Showcase
While I don't typically use tiered trays much, this one from Amazon is perfect for Christmas styling. The color and design work beautifully with holiday decor.
Antique Brass Spray Paint and Gold Rub-n-Buff
These are my secret weapons for updating existing decor! Instead of buying all new pieces, I'm using these to add more gold touches to my current decorations. It's a budget-friendly way to change up your style!
Dollar Tree Items
The Dollar Tree portion of my haul included some amazing finds! I discovered beautiful gold frames that can be used year-round, sturdy candlestick holders (pro tip: use clay or double-sided tape to secure candles), various sizes of candles, charming bottle brush trees in different sizes, and acrylic reindeer that could be left as-is or transformed with gold paint. I also picked up clear ornaments in various sizes for DIY projects and glass candlestick holders that look much more expensive than they are.
Conclusion
While this haul was quite successful, I'm not done yet! I'm planning to visit HomeSense and Walmart soon to see their full Christmas collections. Since I shopped quite early in the season, I'm excited to see what new items they've added to their holiday selections.
Outro and Goodbye
